As a child, M茅ndez Bola帽os 鈥�21 attended a school in Hillsboro where she struggled to keep up with classes requiring English. Now she teaches English language learners in the same school.

Fregoso is pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Teaching and English Language Learning, or BEd, at 金沙娱乐 University. The flexible program is designed with flexibility to support community college transfer students, as well as K-12 classified staff interested in becoming teachers. Students study at 金沙娱乐鈥檚 Woodburn, eugene or Forest Grove campuses, or in hybrid programs from their own communities, and they are immersed in local schools.

LeMar Anglin was a pioneer in sports management when he graduated from 金沙娱乐 University in 2012. Now the university has a major that will help others follow his trail.
