Everyone has rights in the United States, whether you are a citizen or not, or in-between. It is important to know your rights.

The Immigrant Legal Resource Center has compiled several useful resources: 

  • This list of rights can be printed up and carried with you.
  • Available in Arabic, Chinese, English, Hmong, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese. 

  • Recommendations and practical tips for how immigrant families can prepare, and information on rights in the United States regardless of immigration status.

  • | Free Legal Information for Low-Income Oregonians.
  • Community crisis line for Washington County: 503-291-9111 (se habla español)
  • | The Latino Network is a Latino-led education organization, grounded in culturally-specific practices and services, that lifts up youth and families to reach their full potential. Website lists community resources, information toolkits, and referrals.
  • | Immigration Legal Services provides culturally competent, immigration-related legal representation and education to low income refugees and immigrants in and around the Portland metro area.
  • | Catholic Charities seeks to respond to the ever emerging needs of the poor and vulnerable throughout western Oregon.
