A team led by 金沙娱乐 University alumna Ali Osbrink 鈥�19 and including 金沙娱乐 Biology Associate Professor Christopher Templeton is having聽a paper on songbird cognition published in聽Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences,聽a prestigious UK-based scientific journal.聽

Dijana Ihas, an associate professor in the聽金沙娱乐 University Music聽Department, was honored as Oregon Music Educator of the Year by the Oregon Music Education Association at its annual meeting in January.聽

Sigrid Roberts and Nicola Carter, professors in the 金沙娱乐 University School of Pharmacy, have been awarded a competitive, three-year grant from the National Institutes of Health to research treatment for a neglected tropical disease called leishmaniasis.
