The one-week program, held at ½ðɳÓéÀÖ in conjunction with the Oregon Healthcare Workforce Institute's Area Healthcare Education Center, provides high school juniors and seniors a look at potential careers in healthcare through ½ðɳÓéÀÖ's health professions programs.

Julia Senestraro '21, PA '25 wants to ensure that language barriers break down in her work as a physician assistant. ½ðɳÓéÀÖ's involvement in the AHEC Scholars program is helping her prepare to meet that goal.
