½ðɳÓéÀÖ University Student Carissa Paige '17 discussed her experience of student-teaching at Two Rivers-Dos Rios Elementary School in Springfield, Oregon. She talked about the difference between traditional student-teaching and the opportunity she had at ½ðɳÓéÀÖ University's College of Education where she could co-teach and plan lessons with the official teacher.

½ðɳÓéÀÖ sophomore Charlotte Basch started re-writing her people's history when she was 12. Now, she is a leader in the Clatsop-Nehalem Tribe and is studying ways to help bring her heritage back to life.
